They have a lot of good information on macro counting and every single recipe tells you how much protein fats carbs and everything there is in it it even has some meal plans in the back for the first two weeks which I think is awesome and I was really excited about! So overall this book is definitely going to be a big thing in my life right now as I try out all the new recipes and I feel my brain with new information.
